- How Do They Work?

How Does It Work?

1. You prepare and send us an outline agenda - a sample agenda might include: What do you want to talk about? What are your key issues? Background to the business. What are your goals? We also ask for website details and marketing materials. This exercise gets you to focus on what your priorities really are.
2. Meet for 80 minutes and talk through your agenda. We will tell you what we think you could do and point out some of the possible options.
3. If some of the suggestions include services that The Directors' Centre provides, then we will send a simple, outline proposal including: background, objectives, purpose of the relationship, issues to be addressed, desired outcomes, timing and fees.

How Much Does The Business Surgery Cost?

There is a flat charge of £200+VAT. This fee is refundable if you become a consultancy client.

What Sort Of Things Can You Discuss At The Business Surgery?

Recent issues include some of the following:

• Sorting the strategy or sales/marketing plan
• Sorting the people (senior management team, board) roles, relationships
• Grooming the business for sale, or for investors
